Jovana Sopiars
Founder, Operating Flow

As Head of Business Operations at Optic Power Ventures, Jovana built OKRs, forecasting, budgets and board reporting from scratch while the business grew from 20 to more than 450 people, from 2 to 19 countries, across several business units. When her first company-wide OKR rollout failed, she rebuilt it in stages until more than 90% of people were using it.

"Most companies don't have a strategy problem. They have a follow-through problem. I build the system that makes the plan actually happen, then I teach your team to run it without me."

Questions founders ask

Who will I actually work with?

Jovana. She leads every engagement and runs your meetings herself, with vetted support for things like scoreboard updates and notes, under the same confidentiality terms.

We already have an ops person or a COO.

Then we coach your ops person to run the system, so it sticks when we step back. If you have a COO, the work can report to them.

Remote or in person?

Remote. If you want us in the room for annual planning or an offsite, we'll come, billed per day.

What don't you do?

Assistant work like your calendar and inbox, bookkeeping, HR admin, or recruiting itself. And we don't own your P&L: we advise, you decide.

What if we hire a full-time chief of staff later?

Good. We'll help you hire and onboard the right person, and hand the system straight over.

Tell us what's breaking. We'll tell you what to fix first.

A 20-minute call. No prep, no pitch deck. You'll leave knowing whether you need a chief of staff yet, and what to fix first either way.
